T.Y.V.M.. Rat.

the rig is bass-RP50-EQ-amp-one 4x10, and DI blended into the pa.
my thing is I like the "live" sound, and all the videos are from the camcorder mics...BUT they are youtube free video covers, not recording sessions so I don't care. The actual saved videos are way better sounding than the FLV conversions on youtube.

Your post is one of the best reasons I DON'T change the pickups in that EPI like everyone seems to want to do with every cheap guitar and bass out there. I only consider it cheap in one big way...the playability...it does suck compared to my other basses with that crappy wider EPIneck, but tone, it's no 2000.00 Gibson piano bass, it's an EPI.  That's why everyone should have at least 2-3 instruments.

I actually think WW was done on a fretless, but from the crappy youtube videos I could find for background music, it is very hard to tell.

I'm not done with old t.v. show theme songs if your into it, check the channel every now and then. :)

Very nice sound indeed. I like my Epi's pups sound alot, thats why I'm not thinking of putting emg's or something like that.
But I like its neck too, I prefer wider necks, jazz-type necks isn't my cup of tea.
Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it.

I know you mean 'dude', but for us Dutch guys it's strange to welcome someone with 'dood'. It means 'death' and 'dead' in our language! :)

Argh, stupid youtube.  Try this... go to youtube and search for "12 sesame street pinball".
I think you'll remember the song.  It grooves!

I wil look for it slinkP, If it is available and playable, I'll do it in the "MyNameIsEarl" list of requests, and PM you when it is done....although I appreciate the fact that this Forum will allow embedded videos, I don't want to fill it up with my stuff, because I feel that is not right, especially when most of my videos are done on other basses besides my TBIRD.

there are lot's of other REAL leftys, that are equally as good or better than me, and I don't want to turn this thread into a competition of "who can play better".

the couple vid's I posted are ok, but no more, cause to me it is shameless advertising to my youtube page.

Every bass looks cool upside - down.
