Why not? We've seen enough Telecasters, Strats en Les Pauls.

I think it will sell; the more I look at it, the better I like it.  I'll bet it will balance well, too.

I guess they'll find out if the market is ready for something other than a J, P or Mustang.

I don't like block neck look but it could make a good bass shape...

The guard makes it look even more odd.
it should be more like an upside down  Nike swish without the top returm

Has any really new design from Fender or Gibson sold well in the past 30 years?

My prediction: it won't last.
