In the Philippines

Only $28, and it's painless!

"The poster says the foreskin removal service -- which is probably not actually carried out by a mutant super hero with retractable claws -- costs about $28."

 ;)  ;)  ;)  ;)  ;D

This should somehow find its way in to the next Deadpool movie.

Sorry, I really have to cut into this before all you handicapped/mutilated Yanks get your hopes up all too high:

The Wolverine allusion is severely misleading, you won't be able to regrow it.

For consolation where there can be no consolidation:

I've thought about this. Long and hard. In a process of deduction, I have arrived at the scientific hypothesis that Herr Jackman must still be a complete man - coming from a country where even the slightest bit of sun protection can save lives.

For a confirmation in line with our highly regarded academic standards, we would really have to scrutinize Australian - no, not you, George! - members here to validate my assumptions.

Come forth, ye volunteers! All applications handled discreetly.

Of course not.

Look at it this way: You spend $28 on a set of bass strings. One slip-up by the string winder, and a string in your package could wind up dead...limp...useless. How would you make it functional again?

This service is only $28. Nothing could possibly go wrong, could it?  :vader:

They're doing wonders with prosthetics nowadays. Catalogs are full of them.  :-*
