Long before Geddy bought it.  Back in August 2006 at the Rickenbacker 75th Anniversary weekend.  :)

Yeah, I got to handle it also at that event. Didn't play it, but set it up for the photo on p. 41. It belonged to collector Gary Clauson then. It's the only 3261 I've ever seen.

IIRC there were only a couple of these made, right?  Graham has one, IIRC.

No way of knowing how many were made. RIC may have RM sales records somewhere deep in the piles, but I would guess even they would have trouble finding them.
