The headstock reminds me of John Birch or maybe early BC Rich designs. A black headstock would have looked nicer.

I dunno what the headstock fuss is about.  We've seen some truly ground-breakingly fugly ones, this one is pretty normal/tame (and don't half of us fetishise matching headstocks on Fenders anyway?).
