It's an N225. It was a limited run variant of the Nighthawk from a few years ago. Don't know if you can really call it a shredder, but it was pointy enough to be one. ;D New street price was something like $1300-$1500 so this one is probably a decent deal.

Those guitars had a bit of a 'spare parts' vibe to them. The weird black Vibrola didn't help. Imagine they had metal in the '50s...
That Ebay example looks pretty rough. The headstock is a lesson on orange peel that any amateur refinisher could learn from.
