Another example of someone creating a fake Fender bass. Sooner or later that will be used to sucker someone into paying too much...like the buyer in this auction.

You'd have to pay me to take that one, and pay for it to be disinfected.

It was listed as a "Fender Squier" so the buyer presumably knows. Problem is, it will eventually be resold.

I like the outcome, it's a unique bass, but needless to say that if I had built a similar bass, the headstock would still read Squier. Like my '83 MIJ black Squier Tele, all real 33 years old aging.
